At the conclusion of a four hour match the Corsairs of UMass-Dartmouth came out with a 7-2 victory over the Clark University women's tennis team on Wednesday evening. Clark came close in many matchups on the day, but the Corsairs triumphed in the end. This concludes Clark's fall season, ending their semester at 2-6. UMass-Dartmouth moves to 9-4 on the year.
Clark University's women's tennis team battled to a close loss in their home match against Worcester State on Tuesday evening. In a 5-4 defeat, the singles matches were the deciding factor as Clark falls to 2-5 on the season and the Lancers are now back at .500 (6-6).

WESTWOOD, Mass. – Junior Maggie Tarbox (Lebanon, Conn.) along with sophomores Anna Gates (North Scituate, R.I.) and Kathryn Benson (Huston, Mass.) were named to the 2018 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Tennis Academic All-Conference team as announced by the league office on Tuesday, April 19th. The NEWMAC women's tennis student-athletes totaled 35 honorees this year.

The Bridgewater State University women’s tennis team earned an 8-1 victory over non-conference foe Clark University on Thursday afternoon at the Rosen Memorial Tennis Courts. Bridgewater swept all three doubles flights and captured five of the six singles matches.
