McElroy-Howard joined the Clark University women's soccer staff in the Fall of 2018.
McElroy-Howard was a four year member of the Clark University women's soccer team, graduating with the class of 2018. She was named to the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Sportsmanship Team as a senior. While at Clark she worked with the Mass Youth Soccer Association as a GOALS Program Coach in Boston, Mass. In this role she coordinated and supervised soccer drills and activities for numerous summer camp groups in the greater Boston area. McElroy-Howard also worked as a Park Instructor in Watertown, Mass. at the Watertown Recreation Department. In this role she led day camp programs for children and worked as a referee for the sports camps.
On top of her four year soccer career McElroy-Howard also stayed involved in service trips and volunteering. She volunteered at the Jeremiah's Inn Food Pantry in Worcester, Mass. and at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Brookline, Mass. She went on week-long service trips to rural villages in Honduras (2012) and Dominican Republic (2016).
McElroy-Howard is from Watertown, Mass. and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Screen Studies (Clark University '18).
