Rowing Wraps Up 2018 Season at National Invitational Rowing Championship

Worcester, Mass.—The Cark University women's rowing team competed in the 2018 National Invitational Rowing Championship on Friday, May 11th at Lake Quinsigamond. The women competed with Ithaca, Tufts, Wellesley, RIT, Trinity, Rochester, Connecticut College, Skidmore, Bates, Hamilton, WPI, and William Smith.

The women's varsity eight finished finished above Skidmore College for second place in the Fourth Level Final in a time of 7:05.249. The 7:05 finish is just four seconds off of the Clark University Women's Rowing record set in 2016.

The Women's Varsity Four Grand Final boat placed sixth, with a time of 8:35.251 to beat William Smith who finished in 8:43.895.
