Clark Finishes Third At City Championships

Worcester, Mass. - Both Steven Castiglione (West Haven, Conn.) and Jack Hall (McLean, Va..) each had multiple top-five finishes leading the Clark University men's swimming and diving team to a third place finish at the Worcester City Championships at Holy Cross' Hart Center Pool over the weekend.

Castiglione registered a pair of fourth place efforts on the diving boards. He recorded a score of 327.46 on the 1-meter board and followed that up with a 317.91 total on the 3-meter.

Hall, meanwhile, was extremely active over the weekend, posting a fourth place finish in the 200-yard freestyle in 1:51.93 and then finishing fifth in the 1,650-yard freestyle in 18:21.98.

He then joined a 200-yard freestyle relay quartet of Lukas Leung (Germantown, Tenn.), Eddie McCluskey (Hope, Maine) and Vlad Kiveliyk (Southington, Conn.) to turn in a fifth-place finish with a time of 1:35.97.

Clark will return to the pool on Saturday with a home meet against Coast Guard.
