Field Hockey Earns Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award

GILBERT, AZ – The Clark University field hockey team received the 2017 Zag Field Hockey/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Team Award as announced by the NFHCA office on Tuesday.  The purpose of the award is to recognize the programs that earned a team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the Fall Semester of the 2017-18 academic year.

Springfield College posted the highest team GPA with a mark of 3.78 while Bowdoin College earned the second spot with a team GPA of 3.71. The Top 5 was rounded out by Swarthmore College (3.69), Earlham College (3.65), and Amherst College (3.64).

A total of 132 Division III programs earned the 2017 Zag Field Hockey / NFHCA Division III National Academic Team Award.
