HOW IT HAPPENED
-After a scoreless first half the Pioneers got on the board first 10 minutes into the second half with a tally from senior Julia Hamilton (Williamstown, Mass.) who received a pass from Jenna Tampon (Oceanside, Calif.) and pushed it over the goal line for the 1-0 lead.

They were awarded a penalty corner and Olivia Barksdale (Fort Washington, Md.) inserted the ball to Cheyanne Zappala (Laconia, N.H.) who fired a shot past Smith goalkeeper, Cameo Tietje (Massapequa, N.Y.) for the equalizer (1-1).
-With six minutes to play the Pioneers were able to notch two more goals to secure the 3-1 victory.
