Cougars Wrap Up Season At Regional Championships
The Clark University men's and women's cross country teams finished 35th and 37th, respectively, at the Division III Regional Championships hosted by the University of Southern Maine on Saturday afternoon.

14 members of the Clark University men's and women's cross country program have been named to their respective All-Academic teams it was announced on Wednesday by the conference office.

Running on a course slowed by heavy winds, the Clark men and women finished seventh and tenth respectively at the 2009 New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Cross Country Championship held on Saturday at Boston's Franklin Park.

Cougars Shine At WNEC Invitational
The steady improvement of the Clark men's and women's cross country programs continued on Saturday with a pair of top five finishes at the Western New England College Invitational. Paced by a pair of top ten individual performances, the men's squad finished fifth. On the women's side, the Cougars were led by a pair of top 15 finishes to collect a fourth place team finish.

Cougars Turn In A Pair of Top 20 Finishes
The Clark cross country programs turned in a pair of strong performances on Saturday at the James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State College at Stanley State Park. The women's team wrapped up their action with an 11th place finish while the men turned in a 17th place showing.

Cougars Fourth In City Meet
Senior Chris Gabrielson (Westford, MA) posted a first-place finish time of 27:16 to help lead WPI to its 37th Worcester City Cross Country Championship this morning at Moore State Park in Paxton. The crown for the Engineers is their 15th straight since 1994 and this also is the 43rd men's race run since 1967.

Men & Women Sixth At Smith Invitational
The Clark University men's cross country squad had runners finish in the top 15 to catapult the Cougars to a sixth place finish at the Smith Invitational on Saturday morning on Smith's 5k course.
