Location: Gooding Arena, Haverford, Pa.

How It Happened:
The Cougars used an excellent all-around performance to breeze past Arcadia in their second match of the day to earn a split on Saturday after dropping their first to Heidelberg. A 27-win team from a season ago, Heidelberg hit .232 in the match and had three different players record five kills or more.

In Clark's 3-0 victory over the Knights, the Scarlet and White got a combined 26 kills from Ramos, Ana Mercado (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico) and Savannah Sanford (San Anselmo, Calif.). As has been the case in recent years, the Cougars were strong in their service game, totaling seven aces, with three coming from Rachel Webb (Celina, Texas) and two each from Mercado and Ramos.

Stars Of The Night:
Ramos recorded double-doubles in each of the matches, first finishing with 12 kills and 13 digs against Heidelberg and then 13 kills and ten digs against Arcadia.

Mia Cattaneo (Santa Barbara, Calif.), continued her march towards the school's all-time record, collecting 13 and 12 digs, respectively, in the two contests.

Up Next:
The Cougars will return to action with two matches on Sunday beginning with a 10:00 a.m. first serve against Mary Washington.
