Worcester, MA - Uxbridge's Mark DeVries led all
scorers with 27 points to lead the defending champion Spartans to
their second consecutive title game and a 66-61 victory over number
two seed Littleton. Ken Paulhus added 15
points while Corey Gomes chipped in nine points
and eight rebounds.
Chirs Murray had a team-high 25 points for
Littleton. He grabbed six rebounds and dished out seven assists to
go along with three rebounds. Anthony Gonnella and
Alvin Muhwezi added 10 points each.
Uxbridge will face the winner of the Bartlett/Quaboag semifinal on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 6 p.m. in the Small School Championshp game. The game will be televised live on Charter TV3 sports.
