In the final games of her career, Erin Murphy (Boxboro, Mass.) went out with a bang. In a 4-2 week for the Cougars, Murphy hit .429 with five extra base hits and eight RBI. She had three multi-hit games, including a 3-for-4 performance against Roger Williams that put her over the 100-hit mark for her career. She blasted a pair of homers as well on the week, scored six runs and handled all 27 of her defensive chances without an error.

Sophomore scoring machine Jeffrey Wasson (Buckhorn, Ontario) put on a performance for the ages, notching eight goals and an assist in the Cougars' 19-2 win over Regis. The eight scores are good for the second most in a game in school history and pushed him to 36 tallies on the season - the fourth most in a single season in school history. Through the team's first 11 games, Wasson leads the Pilgrim League in goals and points (41).

Sophmore slugger Tatiana Chunis (Sutton, Mass.) had quite possibly the best offensive stretch of her career last week. The infielder hit .526 (10-for-19) with a double, a home run and seven RBI. She had atleast one hit in all six games and had three hits in each game of a doubleheader split with Wheaton.

Junior Diego Angel (Lima, Peru) helped keep the Clark men's tennis winning streak alive posting a pair of victories in the Cougars' 5-1 win over Springfield. The win snapped a 25-match regular season losing streak to conference foes that dated back to 2006 as he team with Zack Goodstein to post a 9-7 win at No. 1 doubles, then recorded a 6-1, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles.

Senior Phil Winslow (Providence, R.I.) became just the ninth player in school history to record 100 career points during a standout week of action, in which he led the lacrosse team to a pair of victories. In a 15-3 win over Maine Maritime, Winslow assumed the role of playmaker, handing out a career-best five assists in the win. Then in a 10-4 triumph over UMass-Boston, Winslow registered three goals and two helpers to put him over the century mark for his career.

In her lone appearance of the week, Nicole Meuse shut down Bridgewater State with a dominating two-hit shutout. The Bears entered the game a perfect 10-0 and were averaging eight hits and nearly seven runs a game. Meuse retired the first 13 batters she faced and struck out three batters and didn't yield a walk. She faced just one batter over the minimum as the Cougars handed the Bears their first loss of the season. So far this season, Meuse has a better than 10-to-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio.

Sophomore Jeffrey Wasson (Buckhorn, Ontario) was dominant in a pair of games for the Cougars as they opened their regular season in Clearwater, Fla. In a narrow 10-9 loss to Catholic University, the sophomore registered his second career hat trick with three goals. Then, in a win on DeSales University, he topped his four-goal output with a five-goal showing in the 12-2 rout.

Freshman Luke Crocker (Stafford, Vt.) made quite an impression in his first collegiate start. The freshman hurler tossed a complete game one-hitter, striking out nine batters and didn't allow a walk in the Cougars' 1-0 loss to Loras College. He retired the final 15 batters, facing just one batter over the minimum.

Senior All-American Eileen Garcia (New York, N.Y.) completed a three-peat over the weekend, winning her third consecutive NEWMAC Women's Diver of the Year Award at the NEWMAC Championships. As a team, the Cougars finished sixth, but Garica won was second on the 1-meter, won her third straight 3-meter crown with a mind-numbing score of 524.95. All that awaits now is word from the NCAA that she is headed to the NCAA Championships.

D.J. Bailey
(Palmer, Mass.) had an afternoon most can only dream of in the Cougars' win over Babson. The 6-foot-8 senior scored a career-high 20 points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked three shots in the 67-54 win. The remarkable thing about his performance? He was a perfect 10-for-10 from the field in his 24 minutes of action.

Emily Reilly
(Marlboro, Mass.) had an outstanding week for the Cougars as they won a pair of games against Springfield and Coast Guard. In the 69-58 win over the Pride, Reilly had 21 points (9-for-15) to go along with six rebounds. Then in the win over Coast Guard, she ended with 16 points, five rebounds and four assists. For the week she shot 14-for-21 (67 percent) from the field and averaged 18.5 points per game.

Ryan Garr
(Kingston, R.I.) was simply amazing at the 11th annual Worcester City Swimming and Diving Championships over the weekend. He pushed his career win total at the Championships to 17 following wins in the 100-yard backstroke (53.54), 200-yard backstroke (1:56.18) and 200-yard IM (2:00.54). He ended his career at the event undefeated in both the 100-yard and 200-yard backstrokes and with three Male Swimmer of the Meet Awards.

Travis Curley (Trumbull, Conn.) was simply outstanding last week, averaging 19.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Cougars. After scoring 11 points in a 59-54 loss to Wheaton, Curley erupted for a career-high 28 points on 10-for-15 shooting in a 76-65 win over the Coast Guard Academy. He was 5-for-8 behind the arc, grabbed four rebounds and added three assists.

Ashleigh Condon
(Hull, Mass.) was the key cog in the Cougars' 2-0 week as they improved to 10-3 overall and 6-0 in NEWMAC play. In a 74-62 win over WPI, she totaled 21 points, five assists and two steals. Then in a blowout 76-36 win over MIT, she ended with 19 points, five rebounds, six assists and three steals. For the week, Condon shot 57 percent from the field (17-for-30).

Kate Minister
(Manchester, England) was there for the Cougars when they needed her the most. In a 64-57 win over Springfield, she pumped in a career-high tying 23 points and added ten rebounds. Then in a dramatic come-from-behind win over Coast Guard, she scored the game winning basket with seven seconds left to lift Clark to a 65-64 win and a 2-0 start to league play.

Tucker Esborn
(Branford, Conn.) had an excellent pair of games at the Hamilton College Tip-Off Tournament on November 19-20. The junior swingman averaged 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds and was named to the all-tournament team. He shot 6-for-9 from the field and 18-for-22 from the charity stripe as the Cougars advanced to the championship game.

Eileen Garcia
(New York, N.Y.) has not missed a beat, continuing to perform at an All-America level. She swept both the 1-meter and 3-meter events at both of the Cougars' two meets thus far. In a 136-101 win over Babson, she posted scores of 288.90 (1-meter) and 292.50 (3-meter). Then in a 154-77 victory at Bridgewater State, she registered marks of 257.45 (1-meter) and 294.15 (3-meter) (November 8, 2011).

Erika Roth
(Saco, Maine) had Clark's best finish at the NEWMAC Championships since 2007 when she crossed the line in 20:20, good for 26th place at the annual event. Roth is having her best season yet, having posted three top ten finishes this year and five top 20. (November 1, 2011)

Hannah Moriarty (Millbury, Mass.) scored the game-winning goal in the second overtime, lifting Clark to a thrilling 3-2 win over NEWMAC rival Smith. With the win the Cougars locked up the No. 5 seed at the upcoming NEWMAC Tournament. (October 25, 2011)

Erin Murphy (Boxboro, Mass.) scored the game-winning goal with 1:14 remaining in regulation to lift the Cougars past archrival WPI, 1-0 on Saturday. The goal for Murphy is the fourth of the season and she now has 11 points in 11 games in 2011. (October 18, 2011)
